Vaccination for the human coronavirus vaccine is currently in phase 2 of a trial at the University of Washington, and the researchers at the Center for Vaccine and Viral Infectious Disease are still trying to figure out exactly what they want to do with the results.
“We’re really excited that we can share some of the results from the cvs trial with the world,” says David E. Zuckerman, the head of the vaccine development team.
But it will take time for the researchers to get the vaccine to those who need it, so we’ll keep you updated on the trial as it happens.
For now, we’ll just have to stay tuned for more news about this exciting development.
Vaccine research has been going on in the United States for decades, but now we’ll have a chance to see what it looks like to actually be on the field when we actually get our hands on a vaccine.
